Here are some tips on how to check the condition of your battery and extend its service life.
The battery is located in the BioZapper and is charged using the charger supplied.
General information on charging cycles
- The battery lasts around 6 hours in continuous operation.
- Recharging time until fully charged is around 12 hours.
Checking the charge status
While a frequency programme is active on the device, you can check the battery level using the LEFT button (see illustration).
Press the LEFT button and the number displayed shows the remaining battery level in per cent.
Extend the service life of your battery
The battery is covered by a six-month warranty.
Careful and correct use can significantly extend the life of the battery.
In most cases, the battery can work in the device for several years if handled correctly.
If you need a replacement, you can easily purchase a new battery as a spare part in our online shop.
Here is our advice on battery maintenance:
- Make sure that you charge your battery at regular intervals.
- Avoid discharging the battery completely. A warning will be displayed approximately one hour before the device switches off automatically.
- Ensure that the device is charged every three months, even when it is not in use.
