Slurry/manure Biogas substrate: When processing agricultural manure, such as slurry or manure, it is very important to convert substances such as ammonium, nitrogen, phosphorus, potash, urea, and minerals etc. into an organically bound form.
Nutrients in farm manure are mostly present in ions dissolved in water, are easily flushed out and damage the soil in the long run. Processed farm manures with a high proportion of organically bound nutrients, on the other hand, support humus formation. They do not corrode the turf and are gentle on earthworms.
KE-agrar now contains the biology which, in the natural cycle, can, among other things, achieve this so important binding of ions in aqueous solution. It is also essential and important that the manure rots or ferments and does not rot. In this way, floating and sinking layers can also be brought under control.
The farm manure treated by KE-agrar thus becomes a high-quality fertiliser in a healthy circular economy.
KE-agrar for the treatment of farm manure has basically 2 tasks:
- Conversion of decomposition into rotting
- Converting nutrients into an organic bond
" Solid manure is the farmer's gold" This well-known saying is only true if the farmer makes something out of his manure. The semi-aerobic and partly aerobic environment in which the manure is found is a decisive advantage over slurry or liquid manure for optimal rotting.
In addition, the usually high proportion of straw in the manure creates ideal conditions for a later conversion of this carbon component into humus, provided that this carbon is not lost again through annealing losses in a non-existent or improper preparation of the manure.
Therefore, it is important to maintain the environment for a well-functioning rotting process. Experience has shown that by adding KE-agrar, either already via feeding, directly in the stable on slats, pedal manure or lying areas, the milieu can be optimally prepared for subsequent rotting on the manure site.
Dosage:
ATTENTION: If KE-agrar is fed in the correct dosage, no additional treatment of the farm manure is normally required.
Slurry treatment cattle: 0.3 lt KE-agrar + 5 lt water per m³ slurry produced.
Slurrytreatment pigs: 0.3 lt KE-agrar + 5 lt water per m³ of slurry produced.
Substrates from biogas plants: 2 - 3 kg short chopped straw and 250 - 300 ml KE-agrar per m³biogas substrate. The components are simply stirred into the biogas substrate before processing.
A processing time of 8 weeks is recommended to ensure optimal processing of the biogas substrate.
Solid manure: per m³: 100 - 150 ml KE-agrar.
