Polyneuropathy is a disease of the peripheral nervous system. Motor, sensory or vegetative nerves can be affected together, or in a focal point.
The most common causes of polyneuropathy are diabetes mellitus and alcohol abuse. Less frequently, polyneuropathy is genetically determined.
If nerve toxins (alcohol, heavy metals or medication) damage the nerves (toxic polyneuropathy), DETOX is also an important component of frequency therapy, in addition to the programme lists below.
