e-Relief mini reproduces some of the most important components of natural environmental radiation in order to balance the body's vital field in general and thus make it easier to deal with technical radiation.

1. Natural radiation versus technical radiation

This topic is not only very important, but also widely and publicly discussed (often peppered with misleading or false information) . Unfortunately, we cannot go into it adequately here and will limit ourselves to the basic facts. If you would like to read more about it , we recommend the book:Tatort Zelle.

In nature, a broad spectrum of electromagnetic radiation is generated that is beneficial or even indispensable for life on earth. There are many indications that the natural environmental radiation in which the biological organisms on Earth have developed over millions of years is of considerable importance for the energy balance of all living beings.

So-called technical radiation (electrosmog) , on the other hand, is a "new invention" for our bodies. On the one hand, it has not yet had the time to adapt evolutionarily, and on the other hand, its bandwidth is very limited (i.e. comparatively only a few frequencies at the same time) and not only affects it for a long time, but also relatively rigidly and intensively.

2. The key lies in the spectrum

Natural environmental radiation ranges from less than 1 hertz to 320 gigahertz, including the infrared radiation above this, visible and UV light as well as X-rays and gamma radiation. Our bodies have had eons of time to adapt to this enormous bandwidth with its rhythms .

However, the organism has not only adapted, but has also developed important natural processes of high dynamics, bandwidth and rhythmic variety. It therefore perceives them as positive and beneficial - even at higher intensities - and uses them for its survival and regeneration.

The technical radiation developed for our modern way of life, which has become increasingly present in recent decades, pursues completely different goals. It is therefore limited to a considerably smaller frequency range and is so much more intense that it can affect and disrupt our physical processes right down to the DNA.

3. Summary

It is probably quite unrealistic to prevent all technical radiation. The trend is obviously in the other direction.

Nevertheless, it can be concluded that environmental radiation created for the body, which is more similar to natural conditions, can relieve it and support it in its regeneration .

The more of these factors can be reproduced at the same time , the more attractive and easier it is for the vital field of the cells to regenerate and restore its very own order. It can stabilise and strengthen itself against new disruptive influences.

4. A little jack-of-all-trades

e-Relief mini reproduces some of the most important components of natural ambient radiation (within a radius of 1 m in all directions). It can generate different broadband signals up to around 1 gigahertz.

It thus generates Schumann waves of the first 11 modes (which well covers these special frequencies naturally generated in the earth's atmosphere), and other frequency patterns such as fractal frequency spectra, broadband spectra and substance spectra in certain frequency ranges.
