For customers who have purchased the Hunter 4025 from us, obtaining the update is relatively simple:
They order the update and receive the download link to install the new software with the invoice.
For customers who did not buy the Hunter from us, we must first check whether the copy protection (dongle) is suitable for our systems.
If the dongle is suitable, then you will also receive the download link for installing the new software, as is the case for our customers.
If it turns out that the copy protection does not match our software version, then we have to evaluate whether or not it is a so-called clone device. In this case, as long as the hardware is in order, we would send you the software and a new dongle for an additional charge. From then on, you can also conveniently obtain the updates from us in the future.
